Environmental Policy We know the
importance of protecting our environment and
by encouraging staff to act responsibly,
recycling, reducing waste, sourcing locally
and minimising energy use, we are doing our
best to minimise our environmental impact.
We recycle around 95% of our office waste
and are committed to reducing all our office
waste even further.
We work hard to reduce our energy use and
don't unnecessarily waste energy. When
buying new equipment it's always
energy-efficient and all our light bulbs are
low energy.
All machinery is energy efficient and
reusable machinery are recycled or are sent
to be reused elsewhere.
By the very nature of the work we do, we
handle large volumes of printed items and
whilst this in itself has an impact on the
environment, we encourage clients to select
recycled paper for their printing needs and
we work hard with our print suppliers to use
the most environmentally friendly printing
methods and we only use materials that come
from sustained sources.

Our Chosen
Charity Whilst we are always
busy, we do have time for charity work and
we have a dedicated charity that we support.
Our chosen charity is
Macmillan Cancer Support who improve the
lives of people affected by cancer. They
provide practical, medical, emotional and
financial support and campaign for better
cancer care.
Cancer affects us all. We can all help.
There are three times as many people in
Britain living with cancer than there were
30 years ago. In fact over a million people
have had a cancer diagnosis, and one in
three of us will be diagnosed at some point
in our lives.
By 2010 Macmillan want to be able to reach
every single person who is diagnosed with
cancer and to be there for them at every
stage of their cancer journey, no matter who
they are, where in the country they live, or
the type of cancer they have.
How you can help
Macmillan rely on voluntary donations for
99% of their income and they couldn't
provide their vital services without the
people who support them. Sign up for events,
volunteer your time, or why not support
their campaigns?
